Get a Masterbuilt and put it on a car, they even sell one.

The Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse comes with wheels & a handle to tilt it back & move it like a Refrigerator Dolly. I keep mine stationary, but many guys move them in & out of the garage to use them.
