LOL, Dave's have casings...he and i were chatting about casing less sticks since i was a bone head years ago!

Those look pretty good Bear. I'll give them a try.  When I read casing less on our ol' buddy Dave sticks I was thinking  Hummm  Not only did he build the best smokehouse on the planet but also figured out how to get those hanging snack sticks to defy Gods law of gravity! th_dunno-1[1].gif

YUP----LOL---Dave's good, but not that good.

He made the prettiest sticks I've seen, but he can't hang Unstuffed Sticks.

I can do this but seems I get to much fat between the sticks and the casing.  I use 80/20 and pull them at *150.  Any ideas
