Hello everybody. I've navigated this site prior to joining and can surely say the advice is expert and generous, so for that I thank you. I decided to join to share some of my success stories, some of which I found on here, and to elaborate upon new recipes.
I am a recent college graduate studying for my pharmacist license exam in late July, so I have plenty of free time to explore the vast world of BBQ. Here are some of my recent products:
First time with brisket this Monday, turned out excellent.
Of course the babybacks.
treegje's evil balls of hell (modified by stuffing with cooper cheese) and some jalas.
