UDS version 1.2 test cook

I made some mods to my UDS and had to cook something on it!  So, why not a brisket?

I added an intake, and shortened the original(it was higher than the exhaust and was reversing function depending on wind direction?  I also decided to try a pie plate heat diffuser, not sure how well it will work, but we shall see.

I've had it on for about 6 hrs, and seems to be going fine!  The extra intake seems to give a little more control on heat.

Why don't we see a Qview 68.gif? We need our fix of grilling_smilie.gif. We are all smoke junkies. If you don't post pics. the smoking gods. may show up at your house andBottom.gif. I'm not saying they will but is it worth the chanceth_dunno-1[1].gif. Remember th_nopicsye3.gif

I like the way my UDS cooks.

Happy smoken.

I would love to give you all some Qview, but when I go to upload the pics it says there is a temporary error.  I'm sure the pic is too large, but I'm new to the forum and I'm not sure how to work the dang thing just yet.
