With 4th of July next week I've been asked to do some Ribs.

I took a couple of extra days off for a long weekend so I suppose I will have to fire up the smoker more than once LOL. Maybe a couple of Briskets

Time to get the wheels turning and make plans, what are you guys going to be doing?

I think I'm gunna do a porkbutt for dinner but since its gunna be going anyways I'm seriously considering doing a breakfast fatty and ribs for lunch... Have to see if I have the space and the timing right... and if the boss will let me spend that much money on meat lol

I'll be cooking what ever Bride says needs to be cooked.....   don't know yet........
