I've been reading the forums for a while. I live in Dallas, use an MES 40, and so far mainly smoke brisket.

Thanks, and my apologies. I saw someone asked about a MES 40 grill cover, and I put in a link to the one I have, on Amazon. Sounds like I should have just described it.
