I made some beef jerky the other day for the first time ever and it turned out really good. I let some friends and coworkers try it and now they all want me to make them some and they said that they would pay good money for it. They said that it tastes so much better than anything they've ever bought in a store. That made me feel pretty good. I did it @180 degrees for 5 hours on my Rec Tec. I used top round at 1/4" thick.
