I been smoking a few years now and have won some awards on the kcbs circuit as well as local events. I opened a BBQ and southern cuisine catering company in Point Harbor NC. I use about 8 smokers and cookers, some home made, some comerical. In March we won the Outer Banks taste of the beach Wells Fargo BBQ showdown Best Beef Brisket and Best Pork BBQ
