Hello,

I have been browsing the forum for a while now and finally decided to join. I have been smoking meat for several years but have found this forum very helpful.

I have a gas vertical smoker, a off set wood smoker and I just bought a traeger a couple months ago. I am always looking for the latest gadget or technique that will make my Q better.

I am doing meat for a buddies party tonight and just have to post a pic of the meat.

Anyway, that's all for now.

Matt.

Welcome to the forum! Your chickens look great and so does the meat. I can't tell for sure what the meat is but it looks like you have a nice bark going. Pork butts?
