Got a few salmon fillets ready for the glaze.
(Yeah i know, store bought. Salmon run here in GA is over...lol)
In the glaze for 4.5 hours then into smoker.

PID at 140 for 30 mins then 150 with alder pellets.
Looks very good. I haven't had a chance to try alder pellets.

Glaze? You mean brine? If so, what is the brine's or glaze detail? Any finish product pics?
