Very nice work there Clarissa and an informative tutorial. While I wouldn't touch liver on a plate I, for some reason, grew fond of Liverwurst & Braunschweiger while growing up in NYC. Probably didn't realize it had liver in it......LOL. Congrats on the FB page as well......Willie

I'm chiming in as well, ( better late than never) Awesome job again Clarissa! I love all things liver related, despite what my cardiologist says [emoji]128563[/emoji]and especially German style sausages etc. i love how you get an idea, and jump right to it without fear. Ever consider food blogging ? You should. And go tell your husband Papa says he's a lucky guy..

Hey Chef Willie,

Thanks so much for the compliments and for checking out my post!  Given my recent posts on tongue, heart, skin, and now liver, I can't believe that you are still reading any of my posts!  Thanks for sticking with me

Hey Papa,

Wow!  Thanks very much for your incredibly kind words.  I might have to bookmark your comment so that next time I'm feeling a little low I can go back and reread it....it certainly made my night!

Thanks again!

Clarissa
