I immediately started looking for a good forum and stumbled upon this one, and glad I did! I cannot believe the wealth of information!
I'm so excited to start on some meat. I seasoned my smoker right after I got it assembled. I wanted to go buy a hunk of meat and get at it, but my wife was hungry NOW, so I will wait until this next weekend to begin.
I look forward to getting to know all of you! I'm a member on several other forums and have gotten pretty good at remembering to take pictures and document my processes.
