Hello,

 I'm still pretty much a newbie at smoking, only been doing some for about a year now. Currently I'm using a Masterbuilt Pro electric, it works fairly well for me, although at times it does seem to cook fast. Currently I'm smoking in Virginia, although soon I will be moving out to Washington. I have been a member of the site for a while, just haven't posted up anything. Quite a bit of information I've been able to get from questions other people have posted. I'm getting in to trying new things in the smoker, right now I just put in my first brisket. Previously turkey, fatties,veggies, and pork tenderloins, so I need to vary it a bit of what I'm cooking up.

Welcome to the forums!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastimes...grilling, smoking, and curing great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask any time you need help and you'll get plenty!
