I have been lurking around here now for a week or two. We just got our first smoker which dont beat me up but is electric smoker. We got a cajun injector electric smoker. I really like it a lot since Im new and maybe in a year or two I will upgrade to something bigger and better. Im on my second smoke today. I first did 2 beer can chickens which I thought was amazing. CSR were on sale so Im trying those today! You guys have some really great tips and advice here! Looking forward to getting to know you and some new recipes and tips!!
