Hi everyone!I'm new to your site but not to smoking. I got into it with my dad about 10 years ago, but he passed away about 3 years ago. I helped him build a double barrel smoker out of two 55-gal drums, but it isn't with me, it is still at my up at the house in VT.I have been lurking here for a few days and have gotten a lot of great info so thought I would join on so that i would be able to share any thought or ideas I may come up with (most likely it will be more questions than anything).Glad to be part of the gang!
