Fired up the gas grill last night. Put a small load of apple pellets in the 12" AMNTS. Mixed boxwood basil and fresh chives from our garden into the ground turkey and made patties. Meant to mix in some feta cheese but I forgot

That would have been awesome! Sliced some taters and seasoned with smoked Serrano salt, boxwood basil, chives and black pepper, a few slices of butter wrapped in foil and onto the grill. Also grilled an ear of white corn in the husk.

Forgot about the grilled onions!

Enjoy!!!!

Another sweet looking meal.....those taters are on my list next time I fire off the grill. And I'll say again.....that bun/roll looks way to small for that monster..LOL

Thanks Willie! The rolls were really good, not even sure what kind they were. Grabbed them from the bakery and they weren't labeled! Just to give you an idea on the size of the burger, the buns were about 5" in diameter!!!

That looks nice

The veggies looked especially good...(although I would have used Beef ; not a great fan of Turkey - Holidays , usually.
Thanks Stan. I have to work in a turkey burger here and there to keep the Missus happy! Don't worry Tri-tip on Friday for sure!

Nice, Sailor!  Everything looks delicious...I love the color of those taters!  That's about my favorite way to prepare spuds.

Thanks Red! The taters were great. I let them go longer than normal so a few of them were pretty crispy, almost potato chips!

One thing that I should have mentioned is that you need to make sure that your grill is seasoned really well and that you brush or spray some oil on before putting the meat on. If you forget the burgers will stick.
