I just got my first electric smoker for Father's Day, and I already but forum to use. Tonight I smoked some chicken legs and wings. They were a huge hit. I searched up a brine and rub recipie, put both of th to use, and with this sites help had confidence in what I was doing. I will be doing a pork butt next week to take on vacation to Table Rock lake.
And yes, I do have a finished product picture to attach. I left some plain and put sauce on others. The wife and kids loved them. Thanks for a great resource.
