I'll just call it Camp Fire Stew because i'm cooking it directly over hot smokey coals. Fresh stew meat from the butcher (Not sure what beef) but it sure looked good when he was cutting it up, onions, garlic, baby carrots, celery, beef broth, blended stewed tomatoes, soy sauce and seasonings.  

I'll let you know how it turns out but taste testing good so far!
