Hello to all the SMF members and staff!!
I currently live in St Louis, Missouri and love my smoked meats, poultry and seafood! I currently have several cheap smaller vertical charcoal smokers that I have modded out to perfection and enjoy reading and learning all types of new techniques, equipment and recipes. Hope to learn and contribute any info I can to make myself or others better BBQ Pitmasters. It's nice to have dedicated forums and television shows like SMF and BBQ Pitmasters to learn from!
