Ya, semi spatched because i didn't take the backbone out. I set my goal to have dinner ready by 6pm and put the bird in the smoker with rub and my sauce.

Sorry i tried to cancel this because i could not upload pics and tried to cancel the post but no go. Reinhard

So there it was in the smoker and just not ready by 6pm. So what do i do now?  I go to Papa Murphy's Pizza for the meal for the night and finish this bird up the next day LOL.

Here it is in a roasting pan to go back into the smoker with more sauce and some apple juice the next day.

This time it was ready in time and juicy and all the rest.

I made up some simple fried rice from the rice i made the day before and of course some Quick Kimchi from the mind of Mr. T. It has been a God send for me to have this quick version of cukumber kimchi.  Thanks again Mr. T!!!  and thank you for the picture tips.  Reinhard
