More less new to smoking foods. Dad's done it for a while with a converted GE Fridge and has a disc smoker now too. I just picked up a used digital masterbuilt electric smoker but it is basically new. Didn't look like they used it too much over the last few years. But it works nicely: Already smoked some ribs and corn on the cob. Did some smoked baked potatoes and chicken wings and recently some Salmon which I found the recipe on the forums here.
