New to the Great Life of Smoking

Thread Starter

Hello Everybody! My name is Jim I live in Nebraska and I make soda for a living, I really enjoy camping, fishing and the outdoors in general. And I am hoping that someday I can become a smokericon_eek.gif. My  family loves ribs and pulled pork and I like anything, so am so excited to have been allowed to join this group for the opportunity to learn from people that know what they are doing. I recently bought my first smoker at a garage sale for $20 it is a Brinkman Smoke-N-Grill, and it will do for now, I someday hope to be able to afford a little better one but we will see. Once again thanks.
