Hey everyone,

My name is Brian i am 25 and I am from Ontario, California. I have been BBQ-in' and smoking for a little over a year now. It is very zen-like for me seeing as I have a high stress job. Any excuse I can find to cook something on a grill, I am there. I BBQ on a 26" Odeon Crossray and smoke on a Brinkman Smoke 'n Grill smoker (it's my first one). I am looking to build a new smoker in the next few months. Nothing too big as I am just cooking for myself, but would like to build a horizontal smoker with a firebox of to the side. Hope to hear from you guys!
