Todays ribs were my best ever. Standard 3-2-1 but I went on a recommendation to add jalapeno jelly to them just before foiling. The pitmasters blend combined with my rub and the jelly really tasted awesome! I ran short of jelly for all slabs but it sure was good on the first one!!!


 
Those look great!  I keep meaning to try some jalap jelly in my foiling sauce...time for me to get on with it.

Looks great .Did you spread the jelly on the ribs or just add some to the foil liquid?

I spread it all over both sides. I need more jelly! I usually pick it up from Osceola cheese it is really good stuff.
