Well....I must say...this AMNPS unit is AWESOME!  Once I got it going, it kept going and delivered consistent TBS!  Put the oak into the oak bag and used hickory.  Lots of choices!  Thanks Tony! Great product!!!!!!

On the MES30, I had to remove the chip tray and the loader to keep the AMNPS going.  I was in the corner of our patio where the airflow is not great.  Once it started - I put the chip loader back in about 2" puled out and the loader back in as well.  It worked like a champ!

Costco - 2 chickens, $10

Spatchcock - my first time.

Some oil and Weber Kickin' Chicken rub in a giant zip lock bag then into the smoker.


Removed it at 165 degrees.

VERY delicious!  I will finish it on the grill next time to crisp up the skin a bit more.

Another successful smoke!
