Hi all,

Saying hi and thanks to all for such a great forum with a wealth of info. I did a lot of reading here before buying my Smokin-it model 2 a couple of weeks ago. Finally got some time to try it out today. Fingers crossed that we'll have some delicious smoked chicken for dinner tonight.
