well off to a slow start this morning... cold and rain is not helping me smoking this turkey... soaked the bird in water, apples, cininnim, and injected it with butter and real maple sryup..

I'm using my flower pot smoker, my temp is around 225 it's really cold and rain.. hard to keep my temp up.. so it might be a long smoke
