Two hours later and ready for an apple juice bath, followed by an aluminum foil facial...so far, so good.
FINALLY; PIG HEAVEN!
Turned out great to our taste. I use a KC style bbq sauce, mixed with Sweet Baby Ray's, hence the dark color.
