Welcome and nice to meet ya Chastain. These folks are totally amazing! If you can't find the answers to your question using the search engine, just bring it to the board. They are so good the can even get to smoker specific questions. They are totally awesome.

Just relax and start digging. I forgot, not only do they know smoking but if they can't keep you interested and inspired there is something bad wrong with you. Good luck with your smokin!
