DS, morning.....   That looks really good.....  Bride made fish tacos about 3 years ago for the first time.... I prefer them to beef or pork....  I like your method for cooking the fish....  

I'm not going to show it to Bride 'cause that would start something...   

"Look how DS cooks his fish tacos".... "You like it so much, cook your own.........."    or something like that...

Thanks Willie!! I like those small white corn tortillas though! We get them fresh from a little family owned market. The grandma makes them all morning, everyday! They also serve lunch there and their $2.00 tacos are great!

Thanks Craig! Bacon does go well with lingcod! I hate to admit it, but I am out of bacon....
 
dont know how i didnt see this delicious thread! awesome work on the whole shabang...i personally love fish tacos with the passion. i dont get enough fish nowadays thats been worth putting anywhere except for back in the water or back on a hook for bait...lol. thanks for sharing DS!

If it wasn't for ocean fishing I'd be in the same boat! My lake and river fishing excursions are just that, fishing with no catching!
 
Tomorrow, I'm going to do your above cod recipe along with some Shrimp taco's.  Can't wait.  Yummmm
