Have the turkey breasts in the Slaughterhouse brine for poultry right now. Will be smoking them in just a little bit with some Cherry Wood.  Q-Views will be coming...of course!


Way down in there in the murky brine!  Smells wonderful!  Okay yall....this is my first time to brine anything!

We will see how they turn out!

Thanks Red....crossing fingers that Lynn likes this better than the Thanksgiving ones.  OldSchool.....wished I had thought about that....dang it!  They are smoking away right now.  Put Cherry wood and a chunk of hickory in for the smoke.  Crossing fingers for this to turn out.  Here are some updated q-views.

Just cranked the temp up on Witchy Woman.  The breasts are at about 155*....so we are making progress.  Peach Cobbler is in the oven. (made it by the same recipe as the blackberry one). Green beans cooking...will be adding stuffing and cornbread later.

Okay...Whew!  Been a busy Morning!  Internet guys at the house banging on the door.  Last nite all the computers were being used and I went to sleep!
