Hi, I'm Rick from Cincinnati, OH living in Union, KY. I grill and smoke on a Large Big Green Egg and do ribs, shoulders, brisket, turkey and chicken.not an expert by any means, but it all tates good to me and the family.

Retired with 3 children and 4 grand children and when I'm not cooking I play golf, build funiture, and red.
