I visited some friends in ATL over a year ago who were into smoking. I loved the idea of it and what they made, but it still took me this long to actually get off my butt and buy one. I'm now awaiting delivery of the 18.5 WSM so I'm doing all of the research I can ahead of time. Found this forum and it's an unbelievable amount of information. I already signed up for Jeff's e-course. I'll do my best to research before asking something that's been asked and answered many times before, but no promises!
