Glad to have found this site like I said I'm new to smoking I just bought a master forge smoker and I'm trying out today I live in north mississippi so if there r any tips pls let me know thanks

Have you read about the 3-2-1 method, it is an almost failsafe method for ribs! (For baby backs do a 2-2-1)
