Glad to have found this site like I said I'm new to smoking I just bought a master forge smoker and I'm trying out today I live in north mississippi so if there r any tips pls let me know thanks

Thanks red I'm actully smoking 2 slabs of ribs now for the first time 2 on top 2 on bottom any pointers ?

You might want to check out Jeff's Free 5 day E-Course, it will teach you all the basics plus a whole lot more!

Have you read about the 3-2-1 method, it is an almost failsafe method for ribs! (For baby backs do a 2-2-1)

Tino, welcome to the Family. Seems as if you have had a good Smoke on your Ribs. As far as tips , well, be patient and practice (a lot).
