Hi everyone. I'm Jono from Sydney. I'm new to smoking meats. It's not very popular in Australia. I'm finding it hard to locate products like Jerky Guns and meat slicers but I'm making do with what I have. I'm really happy with this site and have learnt heaps already.

Cheers guys

Funny! When I saw "hello from Australia" in the title I thought to myself "I didn't know smoking was big over there". Then the first thing you say is that it isn't lol. Anyways, welcome! And I wish you luck in your supplies/gadgets hunt. I know how it is living in a region that isn't known for BBQ

We BBQ everything in Australia. Sometimes we BBQ veggies haha. It's just smoking meats and jerky that no one seems to be interested in. Hopefully as word get out it'll start to take off.
