Hello everyone. Last year I purchased a Char-boiler charcoal grill with a side firebox and attempted, with mixed results to turn out some Q. Recently i picked up a Master-built Electric smokehouse, in an attempt to "normalize" the quality of product I made.
I make my own sausages, bacon and am working on some more ambitious cured meat products, I.E. salami and country ham.
While cruising the web for a baked bean recipe, I found this web page and thought to myself finally a place I can geek out over yummy, smokey goodness without people looking at me funny.
I am always looking to improve my BBQ kung-fu, lucky for me my family doesn't know any better when my experiments don't work out as planned, or maybe they are just nice. lol
