May I recommend you keep a log and document your method, temp control, type wood, rub, weather, etc, etc.   That way -- when you want to cook ribs again you can return to your log so you will remember what you did right (and it looks like you did a lot right) and what you'd like to correct next time.  Good looking cook there.
