Ok, been using the unit for a few weeks. I am cleaning the ash out of the unit, however it does not clean out the "baked on" gunk at the bottom of the ash tray. Any suggestions? I do not want a cleaning product that will stay on the ash tray and thus add extra unwanted flavour to the food. The grill the ashes sit on is welded to the ash tray itself. [CharGriller]
