Hi,

I'm an experienced cook, but new to smoking and curing meats etc. I'm starting out with a Bradley making duck pastrami. Fingers are crossed on this one!! I'm glad to find this forum where I can learn from those more experienced.

This might help you with uploading photos to your post if you ever have troubles. Sometimes as a newbie...loading the q-view can be a bit tricky until you gt the hang of it!
