New to the site, relatively new to formalized smoking. I've done a few whole hogs on spits and whatever I could fit on the Frankenweber, but I now have a SI#2 so smoking is increasingly competing (winning) my time.

See ya around the campfire...

Mutt.

It has treated me well.  Going on its 12th year.  Except for the motor, I pieced that weber together from parts I found on the parkway when I used to walk my dog in the morning.

Sometimes as a newbie...loading the q-view can be a bit tricky until you gt the hang of it! This might help you with uploading photos to your post if you ever have troubles.
