After years of Lurking I decided to join.  I recently purchased a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker. With the help of the folks here my try was a great success.

My past smokers included a Brinkmann Charcoal, Brinkman Combo Grill n Smoker propane, and a Cabela Stainless upright, along with my 35 year old Weber Kettle.

I also enjoy Fish Fries and Clamboils, and Dutch Oven cooking.  Now retired and time to enjoy my outdoor cooking.

I saw a picece of equipment that peaked my attention... the Rib Rack... is that the ond QVC promotes? I like the way it looks. Heavy looking and the flop feature sounds nice...

If this is the Rack , please review it for us with Pros and Cons.

Enquiring people want to know...

Stan,

That rib rack was part of the equipment supplied with Cabela's upright smoker, which also included hangers.
