Hello from NE!  As the daughter of the town butcher I grew up with the smoke house going 1 - 2 days / week.  Got away from it when they retired and now have passed away.   We purchased a Traeger earlier this spring and have been exploring.  This site has already been tremendously helpful so decided to join in.  Thanks!!!

Thanks for the warm welcome!  This forum will help in more ways than just grilling and smoking - I have yet to know how to add pictures.  Will do some snooping around as I'm sure that information is here.  Have a great day and a super summer of grillin' & smokein' !
