Well I have been working on this cooker and trailer for the last 2 1/2 years and it is finally ready to be used as intended. I have the first cook on it from the weekend but I didn't have the camera around for pics of the "Q". I have to cook for 75 people this Thursday so I will get some "Q" view then.

Here I am setting the tank on the trailer.

And the final pics of it complete

Gotta have a victory beer!

Here is a video showing the special lighting that the complicated wiring harness I made accomplished. A few of you may pick up on the changes.

All of the smokers you build look good....

Congrats!  Love the way you hinged the doors!

Wanna see it in action!

Thanks, it took some head scratching but I really wanted to stay away from counter weights if at all possible. It ended up working out nicely, and they open all the way up so I can get them right in line with the tank for cleaning or if I need the room for something.

And thanks everyone it is nice to be done with it, tomorrow/tonight I will drag it an 1hour away and start the fire a 1am to cook for a work party that will be tomorrow evening. The cook will have 10lbs of loin chops, (2) 15lb packer briskets, and (1) 10lb packer brisket. and some chicken thighs to pull for chicken sandwiches at lunch while I'm cooking.
