Master Forge Bullet Converted to propane from Charbroil parts

Here is My Smoker.

Probably not as exciting as what some of you have put together.

This started life as a $40 clearance bullet type smoker that has been converted to use propane as the heat source by canbalizing the side burner from our old and worn out charbroil gas grill. I guess we didn't use the side burner much.

Trial run and the pan went dry, but only put two cups of water in.

a chicken took the honor of being the first.

looks happy!

Here's what went in next

about 7:00 Pm before I got it to stop going out.

I think I need more intake air as the hickory seems to snuff the fire out,

using to much oxygen,so I have to leave the side door cracked open.

 mmmm. Pork.

Very cool , brother. Nice work. Once you get some more ventilation going I bet it'll work great. Nice neat rig. grilling_smilie.gif
