Picked up 6 racks of St. Louis Style spare ribs from Costco (pre-trimmed) to smoke today for family and friends.

Here they are rubbed and ready for the grill:

On the grill, 3 on top, 3 on the bottom.

Three hours in. The lab is Roxy and she is hoping that I drop one.

More to follow.

Here they are right before coming off the grill. I did glaze the rack on the left which was popular. I probably should think of doing more of that:

Here are a couple of racks after they had a chance to rest. They had a busy day:

Here are some of the co-stars from the production:

Everybody enjoyed the ribs. All in all it was not a bad way to spend a Sunday.

They look Marvelous...

.Good job and so cool you used no Foil and they came out perfect looking, good job , again.

Yeah, all my crew likes them with Sauce on the side. The Kids get too messy wit it Sauced. Will start doing that again when the are a couple of years older. Takes too much of my time from eating them to stop and clean a Kid

Have fun and . . .

Just have them eat outside and hose them off when they're done.

I don't normally glaze them but my gf wanted me to do it so I did the one rack. That was the first platter gone so next time I'll do two.
