Well just got my 1st butt ever started at 6:00 am. Hope it will be ready before dark. Another small 3# roast and some chicken breast to throw on latter.
Just getting ready to go out and start the fire to cook a rack of St. Louis spares, Later I'll add some brats, a pan of onions and 4-5 bakers.

I am up early, but not smoking today. Have to work this weekend..... We may try to throw something on tomorrow at work.... So i'll just lurk and drool over other peoples adventures....
Just put 2- 4 lb pork butts in the smoker.
Well at the 9 hr mark and only at 163. Time for some foil!
Done and in the Fridge for tomorrow
