Picked up two butts today gonna go slow and low all night. Not sure if I'm foiling or not gonna see how it goes. My neighbors always tell me to let them know when I'm doing a butt so they can buy one for me to throw in for them. Being the nice neighbor that I am I always give them a bunch when its done. Today while I was at the store I picked up one for me and one for them. I haven't told them yet but they should be pleasantly surprised when I tell them I threw one on for them. Here's some q-view. Feel free to grab a cold one as I am and enjoy the the long smokey ride.

Holy cow, man!  I thought starting my ribs at 3 in the afternoon was insane, lol.  I'm along for the ride.

I'll hang as long as I can David!!! But I'll probably have to see the finish tomorrow!
 
Dave it looks like you've already had a long day, I'll cut you some slack. Lol. Once my temps steady out later an I've thrown a bunch of TBS at them I'll set the Mav alarms and see the finish tomorrow also.
 
I'll be up at 6am, prepping my flank steak for a little carne asada action.  I'll watch for the smoke signals.

Too chilly to sit outside even with a fire so I talked my better half into joining me into basement for a few. Love my maverick et732, the only thing I might like more is my new OTBS member status under my name ;-)

All of my smoke today is resting....in for a cooler nap.  Still have tons to do in the kitchen tonight....so I will be checking in too!

Have a great time doing the Overnight er, invite the neighbors over for drinks and Jawing with you through the night, don't tell it's for them until it's done in the Morn.

Thanks! Glad to be part if the group. I'd invite them over but they start having fun a lot earlier than me and have been in bed for a bit already.
 
Thank you David...still in a bit of shock tho.  Humbled!

The smoke was great....10 hours...and everything is cooler napping. Will have q-views later tonight or tomorrow.  Hoping those briskets are moist...please....please.....

Lol...Dave, Kat, Red, lovin the little tag on mine as well, but I sure felt the pressure when I fired it up today. Gotta represent, if you know what I mean. ;-)
 
Dave your smoker is looking great!! I promise to uphold the standards. I'm honored to have the new status. A couple more and I'm hitting the pillow also. I have a perfect thing working right now. As the meat temp slowly rises so is the smoker temp all while the ambient it dropping. Gonna set the Mav alarms in a few.

Well we just came to agreement in what we are having with the pulled pork. It looks like salt potatoes, coleslaw, and Dutches wicked baked beans ( finally my first attempt at).
 
Well, its 1 a.m. Things are still looking good. Just need a little bed time snack. Not sure this is a good idea at this hour. Wife went to bed so it looks like its just me and the pup.
