My roux one part lard one part flour.
Taters,onions,bell peppers,,carrotts,celery,portebella shrooms.
Cut beef ribs.
Add roux and water.
Granny Smith apples,brown sugar,butter,and chedder cheese.
KathrynN buttermilk biscuits, don't look as good as hers. But flavor was there.
Going in.
