Hi All

Newb here from central Connecticut. I’m a big fan of BBQ and am really looking forward to learning the ropes from the experts. My experience is mostly limited to a gas and charcoal grilling and am looking to venture into new territory with smoking. I do have experience in producing lots of smoke although of a different sorts … I’m an avid espresso drinker and have been roasting coffee on my highly modded gas grill and 3 lb drum roaster over the past ten years. I’m looking forward to the challenge and journey into smoking. So far the forum has been highly informative and entertaining, Thanks!
