Hello all, I'm Chad and from Washington, I have been dabbing in smoking for about 5 years. Im an avid hunter and am tired of paying people to process my meat. Thank you all who shared photos of sausages and most of all sharing the secrets that butchers hate. LoL. I hope to join in and share what I have learned and pick up tricks from you all.
This is my far the best site I have seen and some good people here,
- Chaf

Welcome to the forums, Chad!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastime...grilling and smoking great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable people here who really enjoy helping one another.  Just ask when you need help and you'll get plenty!

BTW, if you haven't read the SMF "Terms of Service"...please do.  There are some things there that every new member should know:

Updated my profile.. Using my phone, so I will go to the PC and update my photos. I'm 40 and I have a SS converted bread warmer that I use as a smoker. I have dabbled in smoking salmon, jerky , brisket, pork , and jerky. What I have realized is that you can't make everyone happy as nobody has the same desired taste. I am addicted to my smoker. Nothing better than the smoker, music, friends, and a good beer!
